Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Pharmacy met Wednesday, February 11, 2009.

The Board voted to accept the consent orders from the following individuals:

  • Crystal L. Johnson, Nacoochee: Probationary licensure.
  • Gregory P. Sullivan, Martinez: Suspended license.

The Board voted to accept the voluntary surrender of a pharmacist license from Murriel Michael Williamson, Dublin.

The Georgia State Board of Pharmacy will hold its next meeting Wednesday, March 11 and Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division in Macon, Georgia.
