You may now apply online for licensure or registration of the following types: pharmacist by examination (not ), pharmacy intern or pharmacy technician registration. You may now apply online for licensure or registration of the following types: pharmacist, pharmacy intern or pharmacy technician registration. To apply by reciprocity, click . After you have submitted a complete online application, you must also complete the online application supplement packet, which is available under “Applications and Forms” on the Georgia Board of Pharmacy website. Do not send the supplement packet until you have completed your online application by clicking on “Apply Online” above.

If you are already licensed as a pharmacist or have met the requirements to be licensed as a pharmacist, you do not qualify for pharmacy intern licensure. NOTE: Pharmacy technicians whose registration has expired must contact the Board’s office for a paper application. Pharmacy technicians whose registration has expired cannot apply online.
