Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy at its August 12 Meeting
Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Pharmacy met on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at South University, College of Pharmacy in Savannah, Georgia.
The Board voted to accept the Voluntary Surrender of the following individual’s license:
- Pauline M. Badiki, Atlanta
The Georgia State Board of Pharmacy will hold its next meeting Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 10 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards in Macon.
