Actions Taken by the Georgia Board of Pharmacy at its December 8 Meeting

Macon, Ga.—The Georgia Board of Pharmacy held its meeting on Wednesday, December 8, 2010.

The Board voted to accept the following consent order:

  • Murriel M. Williamson, Dublin

The Board voted to deny the following applications for licensure:

  • Austin Paul Conner, Molino, FL: reinstatement of pharmacist

The Board voted to deny the petition for amendment of rule 480-13-.04 submitted by Josh Belinfante of Robbins Freed & Ross LLC on behalf of Hospital Corporation of America, Nashville, TN.

The Board approved the following continuing education providers and classes:

  • East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine: Recent Developments in Internal Medicine – 11 hours

The Georgia Board of Pharmacy will hold its next meeting Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Mercer University in Atlanta.
