Notices of Intent to Adopt Nonresident Pharmacy Rule, Mail Order Rules, Synthetic Cannabinoids Rule

At its meeting on July 16, 2014, the Georgia Board of Pharmacy voted to table proposed Rule 480-6-.02 (Nonresident Pharmacy Permit Rule), 480-48-.01 (Definitions), and 480-48-.02 (Conditions for Use of Delivery by Mail). Consequently, neither the proposed nonresident pharmacy permit rule nor the mail order rules that are attached below will go into effect at this time. The Georgia Board of Pharmacy may consider promulgating similar rules at a later meeting.
