Non-Resident Pharmacy Applications Now Available
The Georgia Board of Pharmacy (“Board”) has begun offering a new form: the initial application for permitting of non-resident pharmacies. Beginning October 1, 2014, parties interested in obtaining non-resident pharmacy permits can download the application and submit their applications by mail to the Board’s office. To determine eligibility for permitting, parties interested in applying should consult the laws and rules of the Board, which are available under the “Laws, Policies, and Rules” section of the Board’s website.
